§ 1 Information about the collection of personal data

1. In the following we inform you about the processing of personal data when using our website. Personal data is all data that can be related to you personally, e.g. name, address, e-mail addresses, user behavior. In this way we would like to inform you about our processing operations and at the same time comply with the legal obligations, in particular those arising from the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. When you contact us by e-mail or via a contact form, the data you provide (your e-mail address, your name and telephone number if applicable) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions. If the request is assigned to a contract, we delete the data arising in this context after the deadlines for the contract period, otherwise after the storage is no longer necessary, or restrict the processing if there are statutory storage obligations.
3. If we use contracted service providers for individual functions of our offer or would like to use your data for advertising purposes, we will always carefully select and monitor these service providers and inform you in detail about the respective processes below. We also state the specified criteria for the storage period.

§ 2 Processing purposes and legal basis

In principle, we only process your data if you contact us to answer your questions or to conclude a contract with you. If a contract is concluded, we process your data to fulfill the contract. The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6 Para.1 Sentence 1 b) GDPR. Beyond that, we do not process any of your data. The provision of your data is not required by law or contract, but is necessary for the conclusion and fulfillment of the contract. There is neither automated decision-making nor profiling in accordance with Art. 22 GDPR.

§ 3 Your rights

You have the following rights vis-à-vis a person responsible with regard to your personal data:

1. right to information,
2. right to rectification or erasure,
3. right to restriction of processing,
4. right to object to processing,
5. Right to data portability.
6. You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data by us.

§ 4 Retention periods and deletion

Your personal data will only be stored by us for as long as is necessary to achieve the purpose associated with the storage. This purpose can also result from legal requirements (retention periods for data for documentation purposes).

After the respective purpose has ceased to exist or the statutory retention periods have expired, the corresponding data will be routinely deleted.

§ 5 Transfer of data to third parties

A transfer of your personal data to other third parties does not usually take place. Exceptions:

1. You have given your express consent to this
2. The transfer of data is required to process a contract with you
3. The data transfer is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation
4. The data transfer is necessary to protect legitimate interests
5. There is no reason to assume that you have an overriding legitimate interest in not disclosing your data

§ 6 Processing of personal data when visiting our website

When using the website for informational purposes, i.e. simply viewing it without registering and without you providing us with any other information, we process the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. The data described below is technically required for us to display our website to you and to ensure stability and security and must therefore be processed by us. The legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR:

§ 7 Changes

We reserve the right to adapt this data protection declaration at any time in order to comply with current legal requirements or to take changes to the website into account in terms of data protection. If you visit our website again, the new data protection declaration will apply.
